TERMS OF USE

1. ACCEPTANCE AND BINDING AGREEMENT

By purchasing or accessing any product, service, software, signal tool, or mentorship from TRADERPRO GLOBAL, the CONTRACTOR declares full knowledge and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms of Use.

  • Adherence: Use of the services, even if on a trial, partial, or free basis, constitutes tacit agreement with all provisions established herein.

  • Legal Capacity: The CONTRACTOR declares to be over 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) and to possess full legal capacity to contract and operate in the financial market.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES AND DISCLAIMER

TRADERPRO GLOBAL provides technology, educational content, informational materials, and operational support tools.

  • No Recommendation: The content and tools (including indicators and bots) do not constitute personalized financial advice or securities analysis. TraderPro Global does not act as a brokerage or an asset management entity.

  • Assumption of Risk: The financial market (Forex, Crypto-assets, Indices, etc.) involves substantial risks. The CONTRACTOR acknowledges that they may lose the entirety of their invested capital. The final decision for execution is the sole responsibility of the user.

  • No Profit Guarantee: Past results, backtest simulations, or third-party testimonials do not guarantee future performance. No promise of fixed profitability is made by the brand.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE FOR USE

All material (software, algorithms, indicators, videos, and strategies) is the exclusive intellectual property of TRADERPRO GLOBAL.

  • Individual License: Access granted is a personal, temporary, revocable, and non-transferable license for use.

  • Strict Prohibitions: The following are prohibited: (i) sharing credentials; (ii) reverse engineering of software; (iii) resale or “group-buying” (rateio); (iv) use of content for competing commercial purposes.

  • Security: The platform monitors simultaneous logins and IP addresses. Non-compliance will result in the immediate blocking of the account without the right to any refund.

4. CONDUCT AND BRAND PROTECTION

The CONTRACTOR commits to maintaining ethical conduct in support channels, member groups, and communities.

  • Non-Disparagement Clause: The CONTRACTOR agrees not to engage in public attacks, defamation, or the dissemination of false information against TRADERPRO GLOBAL or its representatives.

  • Conflict Resolution: Any dissatisfaction must be directed primarily to the official channel: contact@traderproglobal.com.

  • Brand Damage Penalty: Violation of intellectual property rights or proven acts of defamation will subject the offender to damages. Misuse of the brand, logo, or content to denigrate the platform’s image in digital media will incur an indemnity fine of R$ 1,500,000.00 (One million five hundred thousand Reais), without prejudice to applicable criminal measures.

5. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

  • Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to current legislation (CDC), the CONTRACTOR has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days to request a full refund.

  • Extended Warranties: If a specific product has a conditional or extended warranty, the rules described on the offer’s sales page shall prevail over the legal timeframe.

  • Processing: Refunds will be processed by the partner payment platform, following standard banking timeframes.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA (LGPD/GDPR)

The CONTRACTOR authorizes the processing of their data for:

  • Provision and maintenance of services;

  • Security communications and software updates;

  • Sending offers and educational materials (which may be revoked at any time).

7. MODIFICATIONS AND JURISDICTION

  • Updates: TRADERPRO GLOBAL reserves the right to update these terms to reflect technical improvements or legal changes.

  • Jurisdiction: The Court of the District of Punta del Este – Uruguay is elected to resolve any controversies, with an express waiver of any other jurisdiction.

1. ACEITAÇÃO E VINCULAÇÃO

Ao contratar ou acessar qualquer produto, serviço, software, ferramenta de sinal ou mentoria da TRADERPRO GLOBAL, o CONTRATANTE declara plena ciência e aceitação irrestrita destes Termos de Uso.

      • Adesão: A utilização dos serviços, mesmo que em caráter de teste, parcial ou gratuito, configura concordância tácita com todas as disposições aqui estabelecidas.

      • Capacidade Civil: O CONTRATANTE declara ser maior de 18 anos (ou possuir a maioridade legal em sua jurisdição) e deter plena capacidade civil para contratar e operar no mercado financeiro.

    2. NATUREZA DOS SERVIÇOS E ISENÇÃO DE RESPONSABILIDADE (DISCLAIMER)

    A TRADERPRO GLOBAL provê tecnologia, conteúdo educativo, informativo e ferramentas de suporte operacional.

        • Não Recomendação: O conteúdo e as ferramentas (incluindo indicadores e robôs) não constituem consultoria financeira personalizada ou análise de valores mobiliários. A TraderPro Global não atua como corretora ou entidade de gestão de ativos.

        • Assunção de Risco: O mercado financeiro (Forex, Criptoativos, Índices, etc.) envolve riscos substanciais. O CONTRATANTE reconhece que pode perder a totalidade do capital investido. A decisão final de execução é de responsabilidade exclusiva do usuário.

        • Inexistência de Garantia de Lucro: Resultados passados, simulações de backtest ou depoimentos de terceiros não garantem performance futura. Nenhuma promessa de rentabilidade fixa é feita pela marca.

      3. PROPRIEDADE INTELECTUAL E LICENÇA DE USO

      Todo o material (softwares, algoritmos, indicadores, vídeos e estratégias) é de propriedade intelectual exclusiva da TRADERPRO GLOBAL.

          • Licença Individual: O acesso concedido é uma licença de uso pessoal, temporária, revogável e intransferível.

          • Proibições Estritas: É vedado: (i) compartilhamento de credenciais; (ii) engenharia reversa de softwares; (iii) revenda ou “rateio”; (iv) uso do conteúdo para fins comerciais concorrentes.

          • Segurança: A plataforma monitora acessos simultâneos e IPs. O descumprimento resultará no bloqueio imediato da conta sem direito a qualquer tipo de reembolso.

        4. CONDUTA E PROTEÇÃO DA INTEGRIDADE DA MARCA

        O CONTRATANTE compromete-se a manter uma conduta ética em canais de suporte, grupos de membros e comunidades.

            • Cláusula de Não Depreciação: O CONTRATANTE obriga-se a não realizar ataques públicos, difamação ou veiculação de informações falsas contra a TRADERPRO GLOBAL ou seus representantes.

            • Resolução de Conflitos: Qualquer insatisfação deve ser direcionada prioritariamente ao canal oficial: contact@traderproglobal.com.

            • Multa por Danos à Marca: A violação de direitos de propriedade intelectual ou atos de difamação comprovados sujeitarão o infrator a perdas e danos. O uso indevido da marca, logomarca ou conteúdos para denegrir a imagem da plataforma em meios digitais implicará em multa indenizatória de R$ 1.500.000,00 (Um milhão e quinhentos mil reais), sem prejuízo de medidas criminais cabíveis.

          5. PAGAMENTOS, CANCELAMENTOS E REEMBOLSOS

              • Direito de Arrependimento: Conforme a legislação vigente (CDC), o CONTRATANTE tem o prazo de 7 (sete) dias corridos para solicitar o reembolso total.

              • Garantias Estendidas: Caso o produto específico possua uma garantia condicional ou estendida, as regras descritas na página de venda da oferta prevalecerão sobre o prazo legal.

              • Processamento: O estorno será realizado pela plataforma de pagamento parceira, seguindo os prazos bancários padrão.

            6. PRIVACIDADE E DADOS (LGPD/GDPR)

            O CONTRATANTE autoriza o tratamento de seus dados para:

                1. Prestação e manutenção dos serviços;

                1. Comunicações de segurança e atualizações de software;

                1. Envio de ofertas e materiais educativos (podendo ser revogado a qualquer momento).

              7. MODIFICAÇÕES E FORO

                  • Atualizações: A TRADERPRO GLOBAL reserva-se o direito de atualizar estes termos para refletir melhorias técnicas ou mudanças legais.

                  • Foro: Fica eleito o Foro da Comarca de Punta del Este – Uruguai para dirimir quaisquer controvérsias, com renúncia expressa a qualquer outro.
